What is it?

Everything in this physical realm vibrates at a specific frequency. Our eyes are vibrational interpreters that distinguish everything we see. Vibrational frequencies also deals with our feelings and emotions; When you feel bad you're vibrating at a low frequency and when you're feeling good you're vibrating at a higher frequency. With inner-standing, you would be able to intentionally tap into which ever frequency you desire by simply persuading yourself to believe in something. An example of this can be by repeating affirmations daily until eventually every cell in your body adapts and molds to the most frequent vibration you emit.

Why is it important to know?

Knowing this simple science can drastically effect your entire life and bring a shift  to your preferences. Once you learn that you can identify your vibrational state by focusing on the current feelings and emotions you feel, you can then become more mindful on how you perceive things that occur and remain in complete control of your reality. Some important differences to inner-stand would between constantly thinking about not wanting to be sick and simply wanting to be well; wanting to be rich and worrying about not having enough money to get by. What you should basically always remember would be to acknowledge how you would live/feel if you already contained what it is that you desire. Doing this will then set you and your desire at a matching vibrational frequency, then inevitably everything else that resonates with that vibrational frequency can then gravitate to you more swiftly and efficiently. Be the change you want to see, then what you see will then become more what you want it to be.

How can learning this be beneficial?

Learning this can provide a very strong advantage to ones's life. You'll grow to be in alignment with the universe. No longer will things occur in your life experience and leave you confused or upset about it. Your perspective will change completely from, "why would this happen to me?" to "what can I do now in order to for this to happen?" Your mind will shift from dwelling in unpleasant thoughts to things you actually desire. You will no longer be like a victim. Overall you will be in complete  control of how you feel and you'll have the capability to shift your emotions from negative states to more positive ones.
