This is a process widely known to help many individuals all over the world when in an uncomfortable state of mind. Meditation is basically focusing on your breathe or even a specific thought in order to bring you to a state without any form of resistance in you vibration. Resistance is the only thing that causes a delay in receiving our desires right away. In actuality, it is only a lack of this inner-standing that prevents the proper flow of this process. Once individuals begin to learn how they are magnetic in this magnetic realm, they will almost effortlessly be able to manifest anything they desire rather than the opposite.

How is it helpful?

The process of Meditation provides the capability for anyone to raise their current vibrational frequency. It can serve as a shortcut to changing your beliefs, bringing an absence if thought which would extract any form of resistance within you. This process can help you calm down times your'e feeling anxiety, stress or going through any type of overthinking that does more harm than healing.

Best times to use this process:

This process can be done at different times with a variety of ways. Some best times would be when you would like to release the resistance your'e emitting; When you'd like an easier ways to immediately raise your vibration; raise your general level of vibration; and when you'd like to feel\gain awareness of your inner being.

Different methods:

When people hear about meditation, they'll picture a monk on top of a mountain sitting with their legs crossed for hours; When in reality this can be done in a variety of different ways. Since the general point of this process is to simply raise your vibratio from a lower one, other ways you can raise your vibrations can be listening to music that makes you feel good, walking your dog, taking a jog in a beautiful place, petting your cat, and even driving at times. Any general activity that will cause you to shift your mind ad thinking to a better place or simply to bring your focus to the present moment rather than worrying about the past or future, which would then strip your power from you.
