The better you feel is the more you are in alignment with who you really are, while the worse you feel is the less you are in alignment with who you really are. Whichever thoughts are most dominate will always manifest the outcome of your reality. Everything that happens in your life has had some type of correlation with the thoughts you invested most of your energy into. Your thoughts equal up to your point of attraction. The only thing that stands in the way of you getting what you desire is the constant thoughts of the opposite of your desire. It is not easy to stop thinking, but there are methods can serve as a guide for your thoughts instead. After learning this science, you will only use your emotions as an indicator to know where you are compared to where you need to be, vibrationally.

Thinking of something you don't want will manifest what you don't want into your reality. The universe does not distinguish your thoughts between the things you want and the things you don't want. It is strictly based on the thoughts you most dominantly think, which leads to the vibration you most dominantly emit. Therefore it'll be more beneficial for you to focus on the things that you want, rather than the lack of the things you want. There is a great difference. The easiest way to do so is to imagine you already have your desire. This helps you match the vibrational frequency of whatever you want because of your ability to convince your matter with your mind. It takes about 17 seconds of focusing on something to align with its vibrational frequency. If you happen to intentionally remain focused on any thought for as little as 68 seconds (17 seconds 4 times), the vibration will then become strong enough for its manifestation to begin. The more you rethink a  thought is the more familiar its vibration will become to you, and in turn increase your level of attraction to enhance your receiving.

When it comes to manifesting, there are some important things to remember and  always keep in mind. The thoughts you think are equal to your point of attraction. The circumstances you experience will always be a result of what you mainly think about; whether you want it or not. Your thoughts determine your vibration, and your vibrations are answered by the law of attraction. As your vibration grows and increases in strength, you will then strengthen your attraction. In other words, the thoughts you think along with the manifestations in your experience will always be a vibrational match. Sometimes thoughts can feel uncontrollable, but they are not to be feared. Once you notice your thoughts going in a negative direction, you can just shift them to a more beneficial direction. You either allow or resist your blessings from the universe and regardless of which, it never ceases to flow to you. Clear your mind and your vibration will naturally rise. There is nothing that you can not be, do, or contain.
